Living Silk offers EXPRESS WORLDWIDE SHIPPING to you. Purchase any item and we’ll ensure it’s delivered to you in perfect condition.
If your garment is in stock, Living Silk will dispatch your parcel within 2 business days of receipt of your order. Once dispatched, we’ll email you the tracking number so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
If your garment needs to be made, we’ll contact you within 2 business day to advise you when your garment/s will be ready to ship to you.
Kindly note, shipping time from Australia to the USA is approximately 4 business days. We ship via DHL Express and there is a flat fee of $20 on each delivery to you which is automatically added at the checkout.

We understand that purchasing garments online can be a little difficult - that's why we offer a full 14 day refund policy from the time you receive the garments.
For exchanges & refunds for online orders, the returned garment/s must be in the same condition as when they were quality-reviewed and dispatched by Living Silk. Living Silk does not accept refunds or exchanges on accessories which include jewwelry and shawls.
We are happy to accept garments back to our TX address via DHL Express and Fedex. Please do not send via USPS.
