If your garment is in stock, Living Silk will dispatch your parcel within 2 business days of receipt of your order. Once dispatched, we’ll email you the tracking number so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
If your garment needs to be made, we’ll contact you within 1 business day to advise you when your garment/s will be ready to ship to you.
Kindly note, shipping time from Australia to the USA is approximately 4 business days. We ship via DHL Express.

We understand that purchasing garments online can be a little difficult - that's why we offer a full 14 day refund policy.
For exchanges & refunds for online orders, the returned garment/s must be in the same condition as when they were quality-reviewed and dispatched by Living Silk. Living Silk does not accept refunds or exchanges on accessories.
We are happy to accept garments back to our TX address via DHL or Fedex.
Please note, as this is a PMB, we cannot accept deliveries to the below address via USPS - if USPS is used, the item/s are quarantined and then returned to you. This part of the process is beyond Living Silk's control.
