Living Silk offers FREE WORLDWIDE DELIVERY. Purchase any item and we’ll ensure it’s delivered to you in perfect condition at no cost to you.
If your garment is in stock, Living Silk will dispatch your parcel within 3 business days of receipt of your order. Once dispatched, we’ll email you with the Australia Post tracking number so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
If your garment is out of stock, we’ll contact you within 1 business day to advise you when it will be available and to ask how you’d like to proceed.
Each garment has its own size guide, which is located under the ‘Description and Fit’ tab. We provide this individualised size guide to reflect that each style and fabric fits slightly differently on the body.
Specific measurments are provided for each garment.
We know that every woman is different, and we specialize in catering for a range of shapes and sizes. We’d be delighted to assist you with specific measurements or advice on fit and style. Living Silk garments are also designed for easy alterations, if need be.

Each Living Silk garment is exclusively and individually handcrafted – a process that takes time and care.
If Living Silk is out of stock of a particular garment, it can take up to 4 weeks for that garment to become available again.
If you see that a garment is out of stock, please email us at shop@livingsilk.com and we will immediately notify when we anticipate your garment becoming available.
For online orders, Living Silk will refund or exchange your garment if it is returned within 14 days from the date you recived it. The returned garment must be in the same condition as when it was quality-reviewed and dispatched by Living Silk. We do not accept returns on items that appear to have been worn, used or damaged in any way, nor if the postcard tag affixed to the garment has been removed or tampered in any way. Living Silk does not accept refunds or exchanges on accessories.
Please send your garment and original sales receipt to 245 Given Terrace Paddington Brisbane 4064 Qld Australia. You are responsible for the cost of posting the garment to us. Upon receipt, we’ll contact you to discuss your preferences. For exchanges, we’ll deliver your new garment to you free of charge. For refunds, we will process your refund promptly, and will email you when the refund has been processed.
Living Silk Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. If you have received a gift voucher, and you are purchasing online, you may certainly exchange items, but Living Silk does not offer a refund on Gift Vouchers.
Caring for your Living Silk garment is easy.
Silk is the strongest of all natural fibres. If handled with care, your Living Silk garment will last for many years, and will retain its vibrant colour and shape.
All Living Silk garments are dry-clean only.
Under no circumstances should silk be washed in hot water.
You can iron your Living Silk garment using the ‘silk’ setting on the thermostat of your iron.
